Packages
Members receive a discount on daily play, cafe items, and party or
event packages - with higher tiers receiving higher discounts.
Non-play Membership
options
Membership Basics
- Memberships are monthly subscriptions and auto-renew each month.
- A minimum 2 month commitment is required.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult/caregiver.
Reservations & Capacity
- Reservations are encouraged for all open play sessions.
- Walk-ins are welcome if capacity allows.
- Entry is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.
- Memberships do not guarantee availability at a specific time without reservation.
Discounts
- Cafe Discounts apply to food or beverage purchases only
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or specials.
- Merch discounts applicable to VPC Merch only
Siblings
- Memberships include one child
- Additional children may be added at the published sibling rate ($25-$35/month) or monthly add on.
- All children must be supervised by a responsible
adult/caregiver.
Changes & Cancellations
- Memberships may be cancelled after the minimum commitment period
- Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.
- No refunds are issued for unused visits.
Daily Play Visits
- One visit = one reserved play sessions (per child)
- Visits are only valid during regular open play hours.
- Visits do not roll over into the next month.
- Unused visits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Guest Passes
- ($10 per guest for more than amount provided by
membership pass) - Valid for one child per visit
- Expire monthly and do not roll over.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Party & Event Discount
- (Discounts apply to the base party package (not add-ons) or ticketed event price only.
- Discounts do not apply to add-ons, upgrades, or third-party services.
- One membership discount may be used per party or event.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
No-Show Policy
- Reservations not cancelled in advance may result in a forfeited visit.
- Repeated no-show may result in loss of advance reservation privileges.
Behavior & Safety
- The Village reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
- All guests must follow posted play rules and staff instructions.
- Grip socks must be worn in the playroom; this includes adults. Children’s sized grip socks will be available for purchase or shoe covers for adults.
