Will Include:

Party Length: 2 hour party block (90 min play, 30 min for food/cake/gifts) (during pre-established play session hours).

FULL space rental (business not open to the public during reserved parties) with a dedicated kids’ party table.

Up to 12 children Included (Birthday child included, babies not yet crawling are not counted)

Pre-party set up access (30 min before start time)

Extra Children: Per child fee of $15 added (Tier 1 & 2 Staffing: at least 1-2 hosts/owners present.

Food costs: Pizza/drinks only included at top tier (Signature Village Party)

$100 deposit required to book any party

Tier 1: Neighbor Party

“Bring your vision, we’ll provide the space to celebrate.” (Simple, sweet, and ready to celebrate your way).
Best for parents who want to utilize the space and play area, but want to bring their own themed decorations and food.

Reserve your party

Includes:

  • Dedicated party seating for the kids.
  • Digital “village” theme invitation provided. (Print ready)
  • Stand for party favors provided if needed.
  • Simple party set up - Neutral tablecloths/table covers, single color plates and silverware. (Preferred color can be chosen).
  • Cake/food table and gift table provided.
  • Staff support for check-in and general flow of party.
  • Assistance setting up 30 minutes before the party starting time.
  • Trash management and cleanup of venue items
  • Ability to drop off decor in advance (coordinated)

Parents/Caregivers provide:

  • Any and all themed decor items (Balloons, Banners, Table Styling, etc.), as well as set up for these items.
  • Cake / Cupcakes
  • Food & Drinks
  • Goodie bags / party favors

Tier 2: Villager Party

Tier 3: Signature Village Party

“Your dream party, brought to life from start to finish. ” (A fully planned, pinterest-worthy experience; just show up and celebrate). Parents/Caregivers pick the theme, we handle the rest - Decor, food, favors, desserts, and planning.

Includes up to 16 children, non-crawlers not counted. Extra Child fee of $20 added to account for food/desserts/favors. Outside food is not permitted.
